1. Payment Terms
Customer agrees to make prompt payment for all rental charges, including but not limited to delivery, pickup, disposal, overage, damage, and any applicable taxes or fees.
If payment is made via credit card, the customer authorizes JNC BINS LLC to charge the card for all current and future charges related to the rental, including processing fees for late or outstanding balances.

2. Delivery, Access, and Overload Fees
Customer shall provide clear and unobstructed access to the drop-off and pickup location for all equipment. Failure to do so will result in a “dry run” fee of $150.
JNC BINS LLC is not responsible for damage to pavement, curbs, driveways, lawns, or other surfaces during delivery or removal of dumpsters. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JNC BINS LLC for any such damages.
Dumpsters must not be overloaded by height or weight. Overloaded dumpsters will be subject to additional overage fees as per the stated weight limit in the rental agreement.

3.Late Payments and Collections Customer agrees that any past due balances shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.8% per annum (or the maximum rate permitted by law, if lower) until paid in full. In the event of non-payment, Customer shall be responsible for all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and any applicable lien filing or processing fees.

4. Damage Responsibility
Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage to the rented dumpster while it is on their property. This includes structural damage, graffiti, fire damage, or any other harm resulting from misuse or negligence.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $25 administrative fee and a $150 same-day cancellation fee.

7. Permits
Customer is solely responsible for obtaining any required permits for dumpster placement, including but not limited to public property or right-of-way permits. JNC BINS LLC assumes no liability for fines, citations, or delays due to failure to obtain necessary permits. If service is delayed, rescheduled, or requires early pickup due to failure to obtain a necessary permit, an inconvenience fee of $150 will be charged.

8. Agreement to Terms
By paying an invoice or submitting payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies set forth by JNC BINS LLC.
